Description

• Ensure proper design, installation, operation, and maintenance of all plant equipment and facilities
• Implement safety systems and practices to protect personnel, equipment, and facilities
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and address EOHS and quality risks
• Maintain accurate documentation of facility systems and ensure the availability of critical spare parts for maintenance
• Lead improvement initiatives, support engineering projects, and assist with government inspections and compliance
• Oversee training programs, maintain high operational standards, and manage expenses within budget limits

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degrees of Engineering
• At least over 7 years’ experience in manufacturing Industry (FMCG experience Preferred)
• Strong understanding engineering processes in an MNC environment
• At least Business English
