Under the direction of the Head of HR, direct and monitor the operation of the division including supervising division employees

About the Company

Handle the overall HR functions in an efficient manner.
Review existing Corporate Human Resources policies and procedures and identify areas of improvements improve on efficiency level
Manage the recruitment process including preparing JD, handling employment contracts arranging and conducting interviews.
Arrange training materials, resources, conduct trainings if necessary and manage the payroll process.
Monitor employees’ performance and assign them in suitable tasks.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR. Applicants from finance background will be a plus.
A bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in HR or related backgrounds are highly preferred.
Business English is a must. Candidates with Japanese N3, N4 will be advantage
Strong understanding in Labour law and other HR related knowledge
